Our company only accepts valid exchanges within 30 days from the PURCHASE date. Your item must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the clean and well-kept condition in which you received it. Jewelry must be in its original packaging with tags still attached. All exchange items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Mail your exchange items to the provided address on your invoice form.
COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, LINGERIE, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCING JEWELRY, AND ONLINE ITEMS THAT ARE “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION (unless it was a mistake of DRIKOR).
DAMAGED, DEFECTED, OR WRONG ITEMS
We are all aware and understanding that mistakes happen. We wish to provide you with the best customer service possible. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our address located on your invoice within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form and if we investigate and find that we were at fault for your items. Please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) in the description area. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available and we were at fault. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached (if available). We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Only standard shipping service prices will be refunded.
